Taoist Tai Chi™ internal art of Tai Chi Chuan (taijiquan) classes have been available in Medicine Hat since September, 2003. We have hosted a couple of half day beginner intensives with instructors from Calgary and Maple Creek.

Classes
In Medicine Hat, beginner classes run from September to the end of December, and from January to the end of April. Continuing classes started in Medicine Hat in February 2006 and run year round.

The members of the Taoist Tai Chi Society™ and our guests from the public are invited to help us collect 400lbs of non-perishable food for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank. Come watch a Lion Dance at noon, visit with the community during lunch, participate in a Taoist Tai Chi™ demo or learn a few moves!
