Camrose
In September 2007, the Taoist Tai Chi Society® celebrated its 10th year in Camrose. Like so many other small groups, we started as an external class with instructors travelling from Edmonton to lead all our classes. Today, we have two local beginner instructors and dedicated weekly visits from a continuing instructor from Edmonton and frequent visits from a continuing instructor in Wetaskiwin.
We have two annual events locally, a late summer/early fall clinic and BBQ. We have had the honour and privilege of helping the Western region host two Health Recovery Weeks with Dr. Bruce MacFarlane and Kelly Ekman in 2004 and 2005.

Classes
If you are new to the Society, please visit the classes Web page for more information about the class types and what to expect. The fees page lists the costs and membership types.
Camrose offers two kinds of beginner classes: one seniors’ beginners class and one regular beginners’ class. We also have continuing classes, both in the evening and during the day, twice a week. See below for times and days.
Location

We have been fortunate to find wonderful rental venues for our classes. Starting in June 2006, we will be located at the Stoney Creek Centre located in the Camrose Campgrounds with a beautiful view of the Valley and walking trails.
